| Obverse description | Within a polished mirror field, the central device bears a relief depiction of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation. A semicircular legend 'РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ' (Russian Federation) arches above the arms along the upper rim, flanked on both sides by doubled rhombuses. Below the coat of arms, to the left, appear the precious metal designation and fineness ('Ag 925'), and to the right, the fine metal content and the Saint Petersburg Mint mark ('СПМД'). In three lines along the lower portion of the field, the inscriptions 'БАНК РОССИИ' (Bank of Russia), the denomination '3 РУБЛЯ' (3 Roubles), and the year of issue '2022 г.' are arranged centrally. |
