| Obverse description | The polished mirror field bears a relief effigy of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation at center. A semicircular legend reading РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) arcs along the upper rim, flanked on both sides by paired rhombuses. Below the coat of arms, fineness and precious metal designations appear to the left, with the fine metal content and the Saint Petersburg Mint mark to the right. At the bottom, a three-line central inscription reads БАНК РОССИИ (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ (3 ROUBLES), and the year of issue 2020. |
