In the centre - the matted image of the corner part of a post envelope with three post stamps on it in two lines, one of them, below to the right is made in form of golden inset with two inscriptions above: to the left - `Au 99,9`, to the right - `1,55`. Two others stamps are drown in half-tint, on one of them, to the left - inscription in half-tint in two lines `Овручъапрдня 1858` (Delivered on day of April 1858); above - inscription in four lines `150-ЛЕТИЕ ПЕРВОЙ РОССИЙСКОЙ ПОЧТОВОЙ МАРКИ` (150-th ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST RUSSIAN POST STAMP), below - a penholder with the steel pen.
