The reverse of the coin features a stylised image of the Constitution of the Russian Federation opened on the page of Article 65 against the background of images of the central part of St George’s Hall in the Grand Kremlin Palace, the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation, and the flags of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic, the Zaporozhye Region, and the Kherson Region. The images of the Constitution and the Hall are laser treated for matte finishing, the images of the National Coat of Arms and the text of the Constitution are designed in relief, and the images of the flags are coloured. There are relief inscriptions around the circumference: ‘ВХОЖДЕНИЕ В СОСТАВ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ’ (THE ACCESSION TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION) at the top and ‘30 СЕНТЯБРЯ 2022 г.’ (30 SEPTEMBER 2022) at the bottom.
