Obverse description Central device features the Russian State Emblem: a stylised double-headed eagle displayed, with wings spread, set against a mirror-polished field. The denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ (Three Roubles) arcs across the upper field in Cyrillic, while the issuer legend БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) curves along the lower field, all within a beaded inner circle. To the lower left of the eagle, the fineness mark Ag 925 is inscribed, and to the lower right, the weight indicator 31,1 appears; the date 2007 Г. is positioned below the beaded circle at the base. The Saint Petersburg Mint privy mark (СПМД) appears to the right of the eagle's tail, engraved by Alexander Vasilyevich Baklanov.
