| Obverse description | At center of the mirror-polished proof field, the Russian State emblem — a double-headed eagle with wings displayed, rendered in finely detailed relief — occupies the central device within an inner beaded border. The Cyrillic legend ТРИ РУБЛЯ (Three Roubles) arcs along the upper periphery, while БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) curves along the lower register, both separated by raised dots. The date 2000 Г. appears in the exergue below the eagle, flanked by the fineness mark АГ 900 to the left and the Moscow Mint monogram (ЛМД) with the weight denomination 31,1 to the right, all set between the beaded border and the coin's milled edge. |
