Reverse description The central field depicts a detailed frosted-relief view of the Saviour Transfiguration Cathedral (Спасо-Преображенский собор) of Belozersk, a 17th-century Russian Orthodox church characterised by multiple gilded onion domes surmounted by Orthodox crosses arranged in a pyramidal composition above an arcaded stone body. The cathedral is set against a mirror-polished dark background evoking sky and clouds. Flanking the architectural scene on both sides are ornamental pilasters or archway elements adorned with low-relief figures of angels in the manner of decorative bas-relief. A stylised river motif appears in the lower field beneath the cathedral. The curved inscription СПАСО-ПРЕОБРАЖЕНСКИЙ СОБОР arcs along the upper border, and БЕЛОЗЕРСК is inscribed along the lower border.
