(Translation: THREE ROUBLES BANK OF RUSSIA SPMD)
Reverse description The central field features a polychrome coloured depiction of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, rendered in fine detail with its distinctive medieval towers and crenellated walls. The scene is presented in a naturalistic style with colour applied to highlight the architectural features of the fortress. Along the upper rim, the series inscription 'СИМВОЛЫ РОССИИ' (SYMBOLS OF RUSSIA) is engraved, while the lower rim bears the identifying legend 'НИЖЕГОРОДСКИЙ КРЕМЛЬ' (NIZHNY NOVGOROD KREMLIN). Both legends are rendered in Cyrillic characters and frame the central image within the coin's border.
