Obverse description Central field depicts the dome of the Senate building of the Moscow Kremlin, surmounted by a flagpole flying the Russian flag, alongside the Spasskaya Tower with its prominent clock face and star-topped spire, both rendered in finely detailed relief. The composition is framed by an inner beaded circle. The Cyrillic legend ТРИ РУБЛЯ arcs across the upper field and 1994г. appears to the right, while БАНК РОССИИ is inscribed along the lower arc. The mint mark ЛМД appears in the lower central field. Two decorative ornamental devices flank the central motif at the mid-field level.
