| Obverse description | Central field features the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle displayed, with crowns above each head and a larger imperial crown surmounting, the breast charged with an escutcheon depicting St. George on horseback slaying a dragon. The eagle holds a sceptre in its dexter talon and an orb in its sinister talon. The circular legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ arcs along the upper periphery, while БАНК РОССИИ and the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ appear in two lines across the lower field, with the date 2024 г. below. The alloy designation Ag 925 and the fineness mark 31,1 are inscribed in the lower left and right fields respectively, with the Saint Petersburg Mint privy mark (СПМД) at the bottom. |
