Reverse description Central field dominated by a diamond-shaped cartouche enclosing the denomination numeral '84', indicating the coin's value as 1/84 of a Thaler. The cartouche is surmounted by a princely or episcopal mitre-like ornament and flanked by decorative foliate or scroll elements. A circular legend in Latin surrounds the central device, partially legible owing to the small module of the coin. The design reflects standard southwest German billon minor coinage conventions of the later seventeenth century.
