Obverse descriptionLight grey-green on light yellow underprint. Embossed Czarist eagle with denomination in Swedish `TRE MARK` beneath it in top centre field.  Black text. Word `päälle` is hyphenated and breaks across two lines.  `FINLANDS BANK` reversed out in white across centre of note.  Text in Swedish on right and in Finnish on left. Russian text below.
Reverse descriptionBlack on white. Numeral 3 in centre in circle.  Border around edges. Text in Russian on top and bottom, and in Swedish on left side and Finnish or right side.
