| Obverse description | Plain grey cardboard note with a bold letterpress-printed black border composed of a repeating square ornamental pattern. The large denomination numeral '20' is printed in black at centre, overlaid with a red octagonal cancellation stamp, flanked on each side by the inscription 'HELLER' and rows of decorative lozenges. At top, a notice reads 'SONDER-AUSGABE 1000 STÜCK!' indicating a limited special issue of 1,000 pieces, while the issuing authority 'Gemeinde Meggenhofen, OÖ.' and the mayor's authorisation 'Der Bürgermeister: HATTINGER m.p.' appear at the lower portion. |
