Reverse description A crowned double-headed Imperial eagle displayed, with wings spread, each head facing outward to its respective side, surmounted by a single imperial crown at the top. The breast of the eagle bears a shield charged with the arms of Austria (horizontal bars). The denomination numeral 3 appears prominently in the lower exergual area beneath the eagle. The circular Latin legend ARCH. AUST. DUX. BURG. CO. TYR. followed by the date and the mark X is distributed around the periphery, referencing Maria Theresia's titles as Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, and Countess of Tyrol. The design is enclosed within a dentilated milled border.
