Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Leopold I facing right, with long flowing hair and a small moustache, rendered in the baroque portrait style typical of late 17th-century Austrian coinage. The emperor wears a laurel wreath and elaborate armour with decorative floral motifs at the shoulder. The numeral '3' appears prominently in the lower field, denoting the denomination. The circular legend reads LEOPOLD D G R I S A G H B REX, abbreviated titles identifying him as King of Germany, Hungary, and Bohemia, interrupted by the bust. A beaded inner border frames the entire design.
