Reverse description Central quartered coat of arms of the Eggenberg family, surmounted by a crowned helmet with elaborate mantling, displayed within a cartouche-style surround. The shield displays the heraldic quarters associated with the Eggenberg dynasty, including the distinctive anchor charge. The encircling Latin legend reads EGGENBERG S R I P & GRADISCÆ, identifying the issuer as Prince of the Holy Roman Empire and of Gradisca. The overall design reflects the ornate Baroque heraldic style typical of late 17th-century Austrian princely coinage. The legend is divided by small decorative stops.
