Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Ferdinand II facing right, set within a beaded inner circle. The imperial legend in Latin runs around the periphery. At the bottom of the field, the numeral '3' appears within a small circular frame, denoting the denomination. The portrait is rendered in the late Renaissance style typical of Silesian coinage of the early seventeenth century.
