Obverse description Draped bust of Emperor Charles VI facing right, wearing a mantle with elaborate cloth drapery, the effigy occupying the upper portion of the field. The denomination numeral III is displayed within a cartouche or frame positioned below the bust. The Latin legend commences at approximately 8 o'clock and reads CAR VI D G R I S A G H H BOH REX, denoting his titles as Holy Roman Emperor and King of Bohemia. The portrait is rendered in the Baroque style typical of early eighteenth-century Habsburg coinage from the Prague mint.
