| Obverse description | Novelty note in the style of a US Federal Reserve Note, with an intaglio-style black-and-grey engraved border of acanthus scrollwork and numeral '3' corner medallions. A central oval vignette contains a photographic portrait of a woman with an open-mouthed expression, captioned 'RODHAM' below, flanked by a circular guilloche seal at left and the large underprint denomination 'THREE' in grey with a red overprint rosette at right.
