| Additional information |
The Zodiac Series was one of several collectible programs the Royal Canadian Mint ran simultaneously during the mid-2010s, a period when the mint leaned heavily into themed bullion and numismatic issues to offset declining demand for circulation coinage. Mintages were capped low — typically under 8,000 pieces per sign — making individual dates genuinely scarce rather than artificially so.
Cancer, the fourth sign, covers late June through late July.
