Reverse description The reverse is printed in a two-colour scheme of green and red-orange on plain white paper. The word THREE is printed in very large, bold red-orange serif capitals across the centre of the note in a reverse-readable orientation, set against a lightly printed green underprint of repeating lathe-work and the bank name. Three circular green guilloche rosettes are arranged symmetrically — one at each upper corner and one at centre — providing an additional anti-counterfeiting underprint.
