Reverse description A plain cross with trefoil terminals divides the field into four quarters, each containing a small blindfolded head facing outward — a traditional Sardinian heraldic motif known as the 'four Moors.' The entire device is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the date appearing in the upper portion of the outer legend. The peripheral Latin inscription records the ruler's titles over Aragon and Sardinia.
