Obverse description The copper-nickel centre features three enamelled flowing ribbon devices in green, yellow, and red — representing Ukrainian national colours — with a Ukrainian tryzub (trident) in relief at their base. The legend 'CELEBRATING THE RAINBOW OF HOPE' curves through the inner field, while the outer brass ring bears 'DAUPHIN, MANITOBA' at top and 'VALID AT PARTICIPATING MERCHANTS UNTIL AUG. 31, 2000' along the lower arc.
