| Obverse description | Against a mirror-like proof field, the stylised numeral '75' dominates the centre of the obverse, with the crescent and star of the Turkish national emblem artistically incorporated into the design. The dates '1923-1998' appear as a legend along the upper rim, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Republic. Below, the inscriptions 'TÜRKIYE CUMHURIYETI'NIN / YETMISBES YILI' are displayed in two lines across the field, flanked at the lower portion by two symmetrical olive branches in low relief. The denomination '3.000.000 LIRA' with the mint mark appears at the bottom of the field. |

Olive branches with leaves are scattered throughout the field as additional symbols of peace. The curved legend 'LOZAN BARIS ANTLASMASININ 75.
