Obverse description Within a square relief panel, a muscular male figure seated right in the act of striking coin dies with a hammer raised in his right hand, a coin die set on an anvil before him; the Württemberg coat of arms appears at upper right within the panel. The numeral 25 appears above the panel flanked by decorative flourishes, with the dates 1902 and 1927 inscribed vertically on either side of the field. The legend WÜRTT. VEREIN F. MÜNZKUNDE is inscribed below the panel.
