| Obverse description | The Mongolian national emblem (Soyombo symbol) occupies the central field, rendered in high relief and surrounded by radiating sunburst lines. The denomination '2500' appears in the upper field, with the legend 'MONGOLIA' to the right and '1/4 OZ 9999 GOLD' along the lower portion of the inner circle. An inscription in traditional Mongolian vertical script is positioned to the left. The entire design is encircled by a decorative meander (Greek key) border. |
