Obverse description Central field features the national emblem of Mongolia — the Soyombo symbol surmounted by a flame finial, flanked by two rearing dragons and supported by a lotus base, all rendered in high relief against a radiating sunburst background. The denomination '2500' appears in the upper field, with the legend 'MONGOLIA' to the right and the Mongolian script inscription to the left. The lower field bears the inscription '5 OZ 999 SILVER' indicating the coin's silver content and weight. The entire design is framed by an ornamental border of traditional Mongolian interlace (Ulzii) pattern running around the full circumference.
