| Obverse description | Printed in grey-green on an uncoloured ground, the obverse is dominated by an intricate geometric and floral arabesque border framing the central field. The state arms of the Bukharan Soviet People's Republic appear at centre within a medallion, flanked by the denomination expressed in both Arabic-script numerals (۲۵۰۰) and Cyrillic (2500 РУБЛЕЙ). Signature and authorization inscriptions in Arabic script appear in the lower portion, with the serial number rendered in Arabic numerals in the upper corners. |
