| Obverse description | Central field features an ornate ogival cartouche surmounted by the soyombo symbol of Mongolia, enclosing a Cyrillic inscription reading 'Монгол Банк' (Bank of Mongolia) in stylized script, beneath which a decorative flourish and lotus petal motif appear. To the left and right of the cartouche, vertical Mongolian traditional script legends flank the design. Below the cartouche, the denomination '250 ТӨГРӨГ' is boldly rendered in large characters, with the subsidiary legend 'MONGOLIA 15.5gr 925 SILVER' inscribed in Latin script along the lower field. The entire design is bordered by a reeded inner rim of serrated triangular teeth. |
