| Obverse description | Short-term obligation of the State Treasury (Краткосрочное обязательство Государственного Казначейства), dated Omsk, 1 June 1919, with a central oval vignette bearing the double-headed eagle at left and the large numeral '250' in a decorative panel to the far left. The text stipulates payment to the bearer of 250 roubles at the State Bank and its branches, with manuscript signatures of the Director of the State Treasury Department and the Chief of the Accounting Division below. Serial number and series designation 'АЯ' appear at the lower portion, with the maturity date 'Срок 1 Июня 1920 г.' and denomination 'РУБ. 250' printed at the top. |
