| Obverse description | Plain cream paper note with a typeset design. The heading reads ЭРИВАНСКОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАГО БАНКА (Erivan Branch of the State Bank) across the top, followed by the inscription Специальный тек. счет Правительства Республики Армении (Special current account of the Government of the Republic of Armenia). The series and number appear at left centre, the date Эривань, Августъ 1919 года below, and the denomination РУБ. 250 РУБ. printed in bold at right.
