Reverse description The heraldic Czech Lion depicted passant guardant, wearing a royal crown and rendered in high sculptural relief, occupying the central field. To the right of the lion, a double-tailed motif in the form of a coiled serpentine element is visible, consistent with the traditional Bohemian heraldic double tail. The circular legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs along the left and upper portion of the rim, while the inscriptions 5 oz · Au 999.9 arc along the upper right. The mintmark of the Czech Mint (ČM) appears at the base of the design, with the letter D positioned to the lower right field.
