| Obverse description | Central field depicts an elaborate Ottoman calligraphic composition in the form of a stylized tughra or devotional inscription, rendered within an ornate arched cartouche with scrolling vegetal ornament at the apex. The composition incorporates interlaced Arabic script elements referencing Mevlana Rumi, flanked by small six-pointed stars in the field. The encircling legend reads 'TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ' along the upper arc, with the denomination '25YTL' to the lower left and the date '2006' to the lower right.
