| Obverse description | The Somali national coat of arms occupies the centre of the field, featuring a quartered shield charged with a five-pointed star on a horizontally striped background, surmounted by a mural crown. Two leopards serve as supporters, each rampant and facing inward, flanking the shield. Beneath the arms, a crossed spear and olive branch are tied with a ribbon.
