| Reverse description | The reverse is divided into four quadrants by an X-shaped compositional structure, presenting multiple portrait busts of Queen Elizabeth II at various stages of her reign alongside members of the Royal Family. To the right, a full-length seated effigy of the Queen in later life is depicted in high relief. A central holographic triangular panel bears the regnal years '1952' and '2012' in coloured numerals, surmounted by a stylised diamond motif, commemorating sixty years of reign.
