| Obverse description | A classical female bust vignette occupies the upper centre, framed by the denomination numeral 25 in ornate lettering at each upper corner. The central field carries a decorative allegorical vignette of two figures with flowing drapery, flanked by the value 25 РУБЛЕЙ in large Cyrillic script at left and the numeral 25 repeated in Arabic script at right. Serial number and signatures of the Controller, Manager, and Cashier appear in the lower portion, with the date 1918 at bottom centre. |
