Reverse description The reverse presents a finely detailed depiction of Rothbart, the sorcerer-villain from Tchaikovsky's ballet Swan Lake, rendered in high relief against a plain field. The inscription «ЛЕБЕДИНОЕ ОЗЕРО» (THE SWAN LAKE) arcs along the upper rim, identifying the ballet series to which this coin belongs. The engraving, executed by Nikolay Alexandrovich Nosov, reflects a refined artistic style consistent with Russian commemorative coinage of the period.
