| Obverse description | Double-headed eagle vignette at left within an ornate cartouche, with the denomination numeral 25 to the far left margin. The central text field carries the treasury obligation inscription in Cyrillic letterpress, stating payability at the State Bank and its offices on 1 January 1920. French bilingual legends run vertically along the left and right margins, with serial number prefix А-А and four-digit numeral at lower left; issued at Omsk, 1 January 1919. |
