| Obverse description | A double-headed eagle vignette is centred at the top of the note, flanked by the denomination numeral 25 in each upper corner within a simple border of guilloche ornamental bands. The central text area bears the issuing authority's name and a cheque inscription for 25 roubles, followed by a redemption clause in Cyrillic script. A handwritten serial number and two manuscript signatures of the Manager (Управляющий) and Cashier (Кассиръ) appear in the lower portion, accompanied by an official oval stamp at lower left. |
