| Obverse description | Black letterpress on red and green underprint. The centre bears the large Cyrillic denomination ДВАДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ in bold ornate type, flanked by two circular value medallions reading 25 РУБЛЕЙ. At upper left, a rectangular cartouche dated 1919 г. is accompanied by a warning text against counterfeiting; at upper centre, the issuer title РАЗМЕННЫЙ БИЛЕТ / Елисаветградского Отделения Народного Банка appears. A block of guarantee text occupies the lower centre, with two manuscript signatures of the Manager and Cashier of the Elisabetgrad Branch below, and a serial number printed vertically at right. |
