| Obverse description | The obverse features a relief depiction of the Bank of Russia emblem — a double-headed eagle with lowered wings — centrally placed within a beaded inner circle. A semicircular Cyrillic legend reading БАНК РОССИИ (BANK OF RUSSIA) arcs beneath the eagle. Along the outer rim, divided by dots, the denomination ДВАДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ (TWENTY FIVE ROUBLES) and the year of issue 2014 appear as raised inscriptions. Interspersed between the rim legends are the metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), the Saint Petersburg Mint mark (СПМД), and the fine silver content (155.5 g), all in standard format. |
