| Obverse description | Orange and brown Notgeld on a fine guilloche underprint. At upper centre, the heading inscription in Gothic blackletter script reads across the full width; to the left a small vignette of the Suhl town gate with two towers, while the large numeral '25' occupies a central hatched panel, and the denomination abbreviation 'Pfg.' appears in a smaller panel to the right. Below, a three-line validity clause in Gothic script is followed by the facsimile signature of the Magistrat. At the foot, the designer and printer credits are printed in small roman type. |
