| Obverse description | The note is printed in black on a light blue underprint with an ornate letterpress border of scrollwork and stylised foliate motifs; the four corners each bear a large cursive '25'. A central cartouche in Fraktur script carries the denomination legend and two columns of redemption text flanking a small Imperial German eagle vignette at centre. The date 'Seelow, den 1. Juli 1920' and the issuer title appear below the eagle, with two manuscript signature lines and their printed role designations at the foot. |
