| Obverse description | Multicolour Notgeld note in Art Nouveau style, with a geometric polychrome border of interlocking triangles and stylised foliage in green, peach, and grey tones. At centre, a hexagonal vignette encloses a rooster standing on a grassy mound holding a four-leaf clover, surrounded by a verse inscription in Gothic script running along the diamond-shaped frame. The denomination '25' appears in an oval cartouche at upper left and the abbreviation 'Pfg.' in a matching cartouche at upper right; at lower centre a rectangular panel carries the validity and issuer text with the facsimile signature of H. Knüppel. |
