| Obverse description | Olive-green Notgeld note with a decorative black border. At centre, an oval vignette displays the divided heraldic arms of Bismarckhütte — the Silesian eagle on the left and a crowned crossed-hammers device on the right, with the letter 'B' at base — flanked on each side by a pair of crossed hammers. To the left of the vignette, a German-language redemption text states the Gemeindehauptkasse will redeem the note against Reichsgeld until 31 December 1921; to the right, the Gemeinde-Vorstand attribution appears above facsimile signatures for the Bürgermeister and Schöffe.
