Obverse description The note is framed by a double-ruled border with a yellow outer rule and blue inner rule, enclosing a text-dominant composition in which the fourth stanza of the Friesenlied — set in ornate Fraktur script — occupies the left portion of the field. Upper right, a circular vignette presents a profile portrait of the poet Hermann Allmers after a painting by Franz von Lenbach, rendered in warm earth tones. At centre-bottom, a yellow-green panel carries the denomination '25 Pfennig', flanked by the issuing authority legend 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Stotel' to the left and the issuance date 'Stotel, den 11. Februar 1921' to the right, with the facsimile signature of Der Gemeindevorstand beneath.
