| Obverse description | Orange and black letterpress Notgeld on pale paper, with the large numeral 25 as a light underprint across the centre. The municipal arms of Liegnitz appear in the upper-left and upper-right corners, and a decorative lace border frames the entire face. The denomination is set in a bold black band reading Fünfundzwanzig Pfennig, with the issuing authority text Gutschein der Stadt Liegnitz über above it; two manuscript signatures appear to the right of the legend Der Magistrat:, and the printer's imprint is given in small type at the foot. |
