| Obverse description | Letterpress note printed in blue on plain paper within a single ruled rectangular border, centred on a large numeral '25' set within an oval vignette against a hatched background field. The four corners carry circular medallions each bearing the denomination numeral '25', while the year digits '19' and '19' flank the central oval to the left and right respectively. Gothic blackletter inscriptions run across the upper margin and lower centre, the latter incorporating the issue date of 31 December 1919 and the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister. |
