Obverse description Brown-toned Notgeld note with a decorative serrated border. The left panel carries an ornate Fraktur numeral '25' set against a dark crosshatched ground within a vertical band. To the upper right, the issuer legend appears in Gothic script above a large diagonal Fraktur denomination inscription. A central photographic vignette presents a thatched rural farmstead with trees, below which the validity date is inscribed in a ribbon cartouche. The printer's imprint appears at lower right.

Reverse description The reverse is dominated by a large photographic group portrait of villagers gathered around a massive tree trunk in a forest setting, enclosed within a decorative scrollwork border on the left and right margins. Below the vignette, a two-line commemorative inscription in Fraktur script records the results of the Upper Silesian plebiscite of 20 March 1921, noting that 403 voters cast their ballots for Germany and 44 for Poland.
