Obverse description	Plain cream paper ground with an overall fine lace-like guilloche underprint. The heading "Gutschein der Stadt St. Goarshausen" is set in bold Gothic blackletter at the top, above the large denomination numeral "25" and the legend "Pfennig" in matching script. A red serial number appears in the centre field. At the lower portion, a validity clause is printed to the left, while the issuing authority "Der Magistrat" with two manuscript signatures above the titles "Bürgermeister" and "Beigeordneter" appear to the right.
